3.0" ALUMINUM LIVE SHAFT ROLLS 

  Specifications:

  • 6061-T6 aluminum tube. 1/2" wall.  O.D. skim cut and polished.  
  • O.D. to journal concentricity:

    • Roll face to 48":  0.002" T.I.R.
    Roll face to 72":  0.004" T.I.R.
    Roll face to 80":  0.007" T.I.R.
  • Taper over face width not to exceed 0.0005"/ft. length (0.002" min.). 
  • Dynamically balanced to your line speed within ISO grade G6.3.   Additional fee if over 1000 F.P.M.
  • Journal material:  12L14 steel.
  • Journal diameters: 3/4" to 1-5/8".

 
It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Epoch of excessive operating temperatures and aggressive environments.  Normal delivery: Ready to ship 2 - 4 weeks ARO, subject to prior commitment.  All prices F.O.B. Garland, Texas.
